Phage display technology is a powerful tool for selecting binding ligands for purified molecular targets, living cells, and organ vasculature. However, due to the emergence of problems related to the display of complex cDNA libraries, the use of vector to select natural ligands is limited. Our team uses phage display technology to solve these problems. Creative Biolabs constructs a standardized cDNA library, in which high-copy gene sequences are selectively removed, thereby enriching low-copy genes and rare genes in the library. According to customer requirements, we adopt the technology of transforming double-stranded cDNA clones of conventional libraries into single-stranded loops, hybridizing with cRNA, and transforming unhybridized single-stranded circular plasmids into double-stranded plasmids, or normalizing high-copy genes Technology. This is done at the mRNA level before library construction. PCR-based technology can also be used according to customer requirements and sample requirements.
