The immune library is generated from an antibody library derived from immune or immune donor B cells, which makes it easy to use a limited set of antigens. Due to this trend, their size is usually relatively small. However, compared with the original library, the immune library is not suitable for recognizing antibody fragments against a large number of antigens (especially self-antigens). Constructing an immune library can increase the affinity of the final antibody to the target protein. Creative Biolabs can generate a highly diverse antibody library for phage display, providing the most complex binding agent for your project. Our phage display vector and display system are unique and have many advantages. We have also made custom scFv libraries from mice and humans, and can make various other sources (rabbit, sheep, cow), as long as antibody sequence information is available.
Immune phage display library constructed from camel, alpaca, llama, or shark can generate VHH or VNAR with high affinity and specificity. At Creative Biolabs, we have successfully produced monoclonal antibodies from alpacas, camels, sharks, rabbit, sheep, cow, and mice. Our services are listed as follows, but are not limited to:
Lysogenic single-stranded filamentous bacteriophages, such as M13, f1, and fd.
At Creative Biolabs, the choice of constructing and screening immune libraries through phage display will enable you to produce monoclonal antibodies with the highest affinity for any species.
