Phage Display Peptide Library Construction

Phage display is a powerful tool that can be used to select binding partners from a complex library. The technology utilizes the direct connection between phage-displayed peptides or proteins and the nucleic acid encoding them. Among the large number of peptide or protein variants displayed in the phage library (109 - 1010), peptides or protein variants with high affinity and specificity to the target are separated by repeated affinity selection. Finally, the sequence of the positive binding variant is determined by sequencing the gene encoding the displayed peptide or protein. In recent years, phage display peptide libraries have made significant progress. A variety of biologically active molecules, including antibodies, receptors, and enzymes, have selected peptide ligands with high affinity and/or high specificity from many different types of peptide libraries. Based on years of expertise in this field, we can use our peptide library construction technology to advance your project. We can also use our experience to build a custom library and design a selection and screening strategy that best suits your specific project.
