Phage display antibody library is one of the most prominent researches in antibody engineering. This technology mainly displays the antibody on the surface of phage, and uses the target antibody molecule to express the antibody molecule in the field according to the library sequence. According to the source of the library sequence, there are four types of phage display antibody libraries: naïve, immune, semi-synthetic and synthetic libraries. Purification Strategy

  • Affinity tag: 6xHis tag.
  • Molecular format: Insert SUMO between the His6 tag and the protein of interest (POI).
  • Purification: IMAC.
  • Remove tags after purification: Cut the C-terminal of SUMO with SUMO protease.
